​Elite Institute of Modern Aesthetics is known as the ELITE standard of aesthetics education. Traditional beauty schools have led on a bad reputation over the years but EIMA Institute is here to be the change our industry so desperately needs. The founder and CEO, Julieana Mendez, started her beauty career in 2019. When choosing a beauty school for her master esthetics program, she toured all the facilities in Tri-cities and a few in Spokane and Seattle - only to be left disappointed. She immediately saw the same trend in all the facilities, the lack of modern education. After an online search, she enrolled at a prestigious beauty school out of state where she had to fly back and forth each week to complete her program. Because she went above and beyond to seek the education that she deserved, is why EIMA was created. EIMA is the modern aesthetics education the people in the Pacific Northwest truly deserve! Offering world-class programs with flexible class schedules, up to date curriculums, continued education, business/marketing courses, and thorough hands-on training. That is the EIMA difference.
